Jodi Healy, Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Healy is a seasoned entrepreneur who possesses a rare combination of strategic, long-term vision with hands-on, results-driven focus. With over fifteen years of experience she has senior executive experience from start-ups to complex organizations, a superb record of success, and has built and managed cross industry companies with ease. In every organization she has worked, she has been a key contributor to enterprise-level strategy, planning and decision-making, for companies like Ithecus, Servicesoft, and Deloitte & Touché.
She is recognized by clients and colleagues as a consummate professional with a high degree of personal integrity and insight. In less than five years Mrs. Healy grew two businesses to multi-million dollar portfolios through effective business strategy and planning, creative marketing and sales techniques, and innovation. She possesses outstanding leadership skills, presentation abilities and is known for a contagious passion for excellence, resourceful business solutions, inspiration, and motivation.
Kathy Cote, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Cote has over 30 years of experience in executive management and leadership roles in both emerging technology companies and large multi-national technology organizations. Her leadership experience has included rapid growth as well as turn around and restructuring roles in multi-national companies. Cote is currently an advisor and board member to technology companies, providing strategic, financial, operational and organizational expertise and support.
She was founder and President of Seagrass Partners, a consulting firm specializing in providing business, operational and management support for startup and mid-sized companies. Ms. Cote served as Interim CEO of Worldport Communications Company, a premier provider of high-end Internet managed services focused on medium sized businesses in Europe. Ms. Cote was formerly the President and CEO of Computervision Corporation, a $400 million-plus leading international supplier of desktop and enterprise product development and data management software and services, with approximately 50% of its sales overseas.
Jay Bhatia, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Bhatia has over 25 years of experience in executive management positions in the information technology arena. He has strong experience in managing multi-discipline teams for developing web-enabled applications and enterprise level software products. His domain expertise includes a wide variety of technology platforms and industry verticals. Mr. Bhatia has co-founded corporations, managed start-ups and grown them successfully through acquisition. He has managed business operations in 20 countries and in all continents. He has led and managed software project/product management & consulting service practices for clients including Fortune 100 and government agencies.
Mr. Bhatia has won many awards and has received recognition for outstanding contributions and achievements throughout his academic and professional career. He is a holder of a patent on Multi-threaded, multiple processor fault tolerant systems. He is currently a chairman of Boxborough Information Technology Committee and is an active volunteer in his community.
Steven McLendon, Executive Vice President
Steven McLendon brings over 25 years of executive level, versatile sales and marketing experience to Fit Just Right's Executive Team. He possesses exceptional strategic, consultative and tactical planning ability with extensive international experience.
Steven has a proven talent for developing new markets, building brands and driving sales growth through direct and indirect channels.
He brings strong global supply chain, logistics, and business finance knowledge.
Steven possesses a rare ability to quickly understand client needs and differentiate products/services to meet customers’ needs and desires with entrepreneurial spirit.
Steven is a results oriented executive, and an exemplary leader in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
As a former member Board of Directors of the American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA), former Chairman of
AAFA Supplier Resource Division, former Chairman and Executive Committee Member of the Apparel Research Committee,
and a current Executive Committee Member of the Product Innovation Council, his depth of knowledge and experience in the apparel industry brings Fit Just Right to an entirely new level.
Renee Bavineau, Vice President of Fit Services
With over 18 years experience in the garment industry, Ms. Bavineau's reputation to establish solid partnerships, produce excellent technical work, and implement effective methods has made her a leader in her field. Reneé has led, trained, and mentored technical teams, globally and locally, for companies and designers such as Ann Taylor, Federated, Elie Tahari, Gap Inc, Lands End, F.I.T., Rogan llc, PVH- IZOD and Calvin Klein, Catherine Holstein, and more.
Reneé's hands-on experiences, as well as, her acute ability to assess fit and talent, has been instrumental in building and growing people and businesses. Under her leadership, technical design teams have notably improved fit and approval rates, shortened pre-production lead times, balanced workloads, formulated and implemented action plans, and significantly reduced employee turnover. Her passion and commitment to branding, the people responsible, as well as the brand's design intent, has made her a role model in her field.
